Verada Wins CoStar’s Q1 2026 Power Broker Quarterly Deals Award for 395 Carroll Street Transactions

BROOKLYN, NY — May 7, 2026 — CoStar Group Inc., the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces, has announced the CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winners for Q1 2026. Brendan Thrapp, Nathaniel Mallon, and David Dubinsky of Verada have been recognized among this quarter’s honorees for their work on two long-term commercial leases at 395 Carroll Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn.


The CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals Awards recognize top commercial leasing and sales transactions based on price and overall square footage completed within each quarter.


Deal 1: Sola Salon Studios
Verada represented both the tenant and landlord in an 8,251 SF, 10-year lease with Sola Salon Studios at 395 Carroll Street. The space consists of 705 SF on the ground floor and 7,546 SF on the second floor within Rabsky Group’s mixed-use development in Gowanus.
