Tenant Rep
We're looking to add several experienced and motivated individuals who possess the ability to self start and be team players covering medical/dental F&B and experiential retail.
Commercial leasing broker
We are looking to add an experienced professional who has a proven track record of success working with high-quality tenants and/or landlords in NYC retail leasing. A qualified candidate is prepared to bring their book of business and be willing and able to execute transactions from the leads Verada provides while using Verada’s proprietary platform and products. We expect the broker to provide a high level of service and become a trusted advisor to our customers and clients. An ideal candidate functions best as a team player and is detail-oriented.
Commercial leasing junior agent
We’re looking to add a junior agent who is interested in growing into a promising career in NYC retail leasing. The junior agent will work closely with the Managing Partners to service Verada customers and clients. Ideal candidates are coachable, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Qualifications
- You must be licensed and active in performing lease negotiations with a commercial real estate services firm, working in a real estate department of a national retailer, or the leasing department of a development/ownership company.
- Must have a solid knowledge base and experience in the local and national retail marketplace
- Proven track record in the retail brokerage industry working with retail brands, as well as retail property owners and developers; Min 2 years of experience.
- Must be self-motivated, sales-driven and thrive in a dynamic commission-based entrepreneurial business.
- Must be professional with excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Strong organizational abilities and computer skills essential
Responsibilities
- Prospective tenant canvassing and research - identify expanding tenants based on data, research and market knowledge.
- Execute on targeting and marketing strategies laid forward by Managing Partner.
- Produce interest, tours and LOIs on assigned Verada properties.
- Create rapport with prospective tenants
Gather tenant criteria and actively identify additional locations that fit their criteria: canvassing, online research, emailing / calling brokers and owners - Log in the CRM and successfully move through the sales pipeline
- Support team with client reporting and property evaluations (BOV)
- Canvass target neighborhoods and have a solid understanding of the retail corridors, pricing and availabilities
Compensation
- This is a commission only based position
Attractive team split with incentives for performance. - Draws are offered on a case-by-case basis

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field - real estate, economics, finance, marketing and/or business admin majors is a plus
- 2+ years in the real estate industry as a real estate salesperson, broker or in a related position
- Active NYS real estate salesperson, associate broker or broker’s license
- Self-starter who contributes to the team and has a positive “can-do” attitude
- Ability to be flexible and operate in a lean organization
- Proven written, verbal and communication skills
- Excellent sales skills
- Strong customer service orientation and experience working with landlords and retail tenants
Responsibilities
- Produce interest, tours and LOIs on assigned Verada leads and listings
- Prospective tenant research - identify trends and target tenants based on data and market knowledge
- Be responsible for generating and maintaining leads in the CRM
- Cold call new and existing contacts
- Canvass the market and identify new opportunities
- Generate business and move deals along through the pipeline
- Client reporting and relationship management

Who We're Looking For:
