BROOKLYN, NY – December 2025HPL Fitness (Crossfit) has signed a 10 year lease totaling 4,621 SF below grade at 430 Albee Square in Downtown Brooklyn. Verada Retail represented the tenant in the transaction, with Brendan Thrapp leading the deal on behalf of HPL Fitness. Cushman and Wakefield represented the building ownership.
