Verada Announces Met Fresh Lease at 340 Myrtle Avenue in Brooklyn

Brooklyn, NY – July 1, 2025Verada is pleased to announce that Met Fresh has signed a long-term lease for 11,000 square feet of retail space at 340 Myrtle Avenue, a newly constructed mixed-use development in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. The grocer plans to open by Spring 2026, bringing a high-quality, full-service market to one of Brooklyn’s most historic neighborhoods.

Verada’s Co-Founders’ Brendan Thrapp and Nate Mallon represented the tenant, Met Fresh. Abe Steinberg of Doorway NYC represented the landlord, 340 Myrtle Development LLC, with its principal, David Halberstam.
