Nathaniel Mallon

Nate Mallon is a recognized leader in New York’s commercial real estate industry, bringing nearly two decades of experience and a sharp eye for market trends and innovation. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Verada, he has spearheaded the leasing of over 300,000 square feet of retail space in North Brooklyn, leading transformative deals that have shaped some of the borough’s most dynamic corridors.

Nate was honored with the REBNY Henry Hart Rice Achievement Award in 2022 for orchestrating Brooklyn Brewery’s groundbreaking 30-year lease at 1 Wythe Avenue, featuring a 5,000-square-foot rooftop garden. That same year, he received CoStar’s Power Broker Award for leasing the most outer borough retail space in NYC.

Beyond the five boroughs, Nate has led Verada’s strategic expansion into Connecticut and Miami, extending the firm’s reach into key growth markets. He plays an active role in industry leadership as Chair of REBNY’s Brooklyn Commercial Committee and a member of REBNY’s Retail Committee.

A devoted husband and father of two, Nate is equally passionate about giving back—having selflessly served as a living organ donor.
